What's the deal with dining halls (& restaurants) serving food on absurdly hot plates? I mean, are they trying to keep the food warm? ...a little too warm, I might add. Or maybe they're trying to fend off bacteria or something. I dunno, what's wrong with plates at room temperature? Geez... grrrrrr, I'm quite bitter cuz I burned my finger on a plate of pizza tonight at dinner.
