Ok, so my mom (being the problem solver of the family) thought of a way to take care of my defective computer situation. Apparently, credit card companies have a service for preferred customers where they'll try to get your money back for you on exceptionally substandard purchases or something. Yea, so hopefully I'll be able to get a refund on this piece of crap. But yea, ok, here's my warning to consumers:

WARNING! Do not buy computers from CyberPowerInc. They've got a very bad company history. Don't be lured by their low prices. Go read some customer reviews. Occasionally, they'll get things right, but they've got a high incidence of shipping out defective systems. Not to mention that their tech support is awful- expect to be put on hold for around 20 minutes, and just try getting in touch with the manager. But if you decide to order from them anyways, don't bother with the express shipping, because it takes them weeks just to "process the order." I've had nothing but problems since I got my computer. And they stick parts in their computers that they claim their company doesn't use a month later (e.g. power supply).
