Man, I've like nearly fallen asleep driving home from school like every day this week. I'm so drained of sleep. But well, I've been getting these really weird revelations like right when I'm on the verge of falling asleep and come back. Like, just the other day, I fell asleep while stumped on a calculus problem (not while driving), and when I woke up, I like magically knew how to solve the problem.
And yesterday, I almost fell asleep during a lecture in statistics class and woke back up; and like, I woke up thinking the teacher had said something important, and I just like started writing without even knowing what. I looked down on the paper, and there was some physics equation relating like velocity to period or something- nothing even close to statistics; I didn't get it, so I erased it.
And today, I nearly fell asleep while driving home, and I had this idea about like storing light or something- the details disappeared as I became fully awake.

They say you should keep a pad of paper & a pencil by your bed because strokes of genius come in the wee hours of the morning. Man, what if I've been having these "strokes of genius" but have just been dismissing them as nothing? Like, what if that physics equation was real, but I just haven't learned it yet; or what if that method of storing light is some kind of revolutionary technology?? whoa! that'd be amazing!! haha, what are the odds?
