I just got back from an iron palm seminar. It was awesome! We never get to do cool stuff like that at my kung fu school. Then we did board breaking, and I broke a board using chi for the first time. Like, I've broken stuff using just brute force before, but it was completely different this time. It was completely effortless; it was like my hand just fell through the wood as if it were a big potato chip. Soooooo cool!
I'm still in amazement, but it's like, I don't know if I really believe in chi or not... but I just can't explain how else I coulda been able to do that so effortlessly. Well I dunno, but I don't think I can concentrate my energy fast enough to ever be able to use it in real life anyways. =/

Oh yea, we had to perform kung fu today also... not very cool. It wasn't very good, and no one came anyway.
